Osceola Students Gave Back to the Community Wednesday May 24, 2006
They worked all over the community. They worked to help our community. The High School Staff and Administration were out and about giving back to Osceola. They all worked very hard. The Osceola Historical Society would like to thank these folks for doing something above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You students and staff.

The students, along with the Polk County Master Gardeners, laid out flower gardens next to the Osceola Depot	They painted the Depot bathrooms.	The shoveled traprock
The students replaced wood in an ailing fence	All around the depot were hard working, creative students	They placed rock borders around the gardens.
The concrete walls were primed by a great group.	The fence posts were dug into the hard traprock base.	Our fence was repaired by a neat group of carpenters.
